HSBC Trinkaus is losing its incumbent head of covered bond research, Johannes Rudolph, The Covered Bond Report understands.

Rudolph is due to be leaving the bank to take up a position elsewhere. He has been at HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt for 13 years, having joined in 2000.

He declined to comment on the matter.
