Commerzbank is seeking a covered bond analyst to replace Annegret Hasler, who in October moved internally to a client relationship management position. Meanwhile, DBRS is hoping to add to its new European covered bond team.

Hasler had worked alongside Ted Packmohr, head of covered bond research at Commerzbank, for seven years, since before the merger of Commerzbank and Dresdner when the two of them worked at the latter.

In October she moved to a new role in Commerzbank’s corporates and markets business area, looking after German insurance companies in a client relationship management role.

Meanwhile, DBRS is seeking a senior financial analyst for its Euroepan Covered Bonds team. The rating agency has rated several European covered bond programmes since late 2011 and in October hired Vito Natale from Fitch as senior vice president, EU covered bonds.

According to the advertised job description, DBRS are “battery-powered people”.
