Frank Will

Frank Will has left Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), where he was head of covered bond research.

The Covered Bond Report understands that Will resigned on Friday.

Jan King, senior covered bond analyst, will continue to cover covered bonds for RBS alongside Marco Brancolini, who works in the sovereign, supranational and agency and covered bond team.

Will has also been chair of the European Covered Bond Council (ECBC) EU legislation working group.
