In brief: The European Central Bank today (Friday) published a document of its governing council saying that it had adopted decisions on the implementation of its third covered bond purchase programme, and that the decision shall enter into force on the day following its publication on its website.

The document mainly repeats previously disclosed information about the programme, but adds the effective date, with the next working day being Monday.
