CBPP3: Eu1.704bn in first three days
The European Central Bank appears to have bought Eu1.704bn of covered bonds in the first three days of its third covered bond purchase programme, more than expected, according to data from its website ahead of the expected release of the first CBPP3 figures.
According to the data on daily liquidity conditions, CBPP3 totalled Eu511m last Wednesday, Eu1.112bn on Thursday and Eu1.704bn on Friday, with secondary purchases settling two days after being done.
