Settled purchases to Friday under CBPP3 totalled Eu12.723bn, the ECB announced this (Monday) afternoon, up Eu2.238bn on a week earlier.

The increase is less than last week’s Eu3.077bn increase, but more than the Eu1.704bn increase of the previous week.

A Eu250m tap of a LBBW June 2018 mortgage Pfandbrief and a Eu150m tap of a WL Bank September 2024 mortgage Pfandbrief settled in the past week. Each deal was said to have been largely driven and taken up by the Eurosystem for CBPP3, and any such purchases will have been included in today’s figure.
